The Placement Process BOC is a recruiting firm that specializes in identifying and placing industry specific talent within the Banking, Brokerage, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Hedge Fund community. As professionals, we handle everything we do with the utmost of confidentiality. Once we accept you as a client we'll help to evaluate with you what your short and long term goals are from both a financial and professional stand point. When we have an opportunity that makes sense to pursue will then divulge the name of our client, nature of the position, salary compensation, what our companies are expecting short and long term and paths you can take down the road. If the position and company makes sense to you, we will then make an introduction on your behalf, and if it doesn't, we will continue the search.
